תהליך הייצור: היין תסס והתבגר במשך כ- 120 יום בעץ צרפתי, בטמפרטורה של 14 מעלות. עם תום

התסיסה הועבר היין למכלי נירוסטה ובוקבק.

רשמי טעימה: אפק שרדונה 2016 , בעל צבע לימוני בוהק, אף רענן וארומטי, עתיר ריחות הדרים- אשכוליות

ופומלות– אליהם מתלווים ניחוחות מפתיעים של יסמין עדין. בפה אפשר לחוש בטעמי קלייה שמקורם בחבית, בטעמי ליים, שממשיכים את האף ותה ירוק והכול בעטיפה טרופית עדינה.

הגשה והתאמה לאוכל: אפריטיף מצוין. יין לבן משובח, שילווה מאכלי ים שונים, בשרים קלים וסלטים. להגיש בטמפרטורה של 10 – 12 מעלות.

הבציר: שנת 2016 התאפיינה בחורף גשום, התעוררות עזה ואחידה של הגפנים וצימוח מעולה. במשך העונה

התאפיין מזג האוויר במתינות ולא חווינו בה אירועים קיצוניים, בעקבות כך הבשיל הפרי באופן אחיד.

אחסון ויישון: יש לאחסן במקום קריר וחשוך. בתנאי אחסון נאותים, היין יתיישן היטב במשך שנתיים עד

שלוש שנים ממועד הבציר.
